I am a girl, 15 and way shorter than everyone in my family. I would be ok if I grew just two inches. Is it at all possible. I never got my period, but I'm pretty sure that's dew to unnatural causes. I only grew an inch per year over the last two years. I grew up thinking everyone grows taller than their parents.

try the easy, inexpensive natural treatment I recommend here. In fact, I just read this yesterday. Before then, I did not know of anything that helped one grow.

See my answer here (long one towards the end).

Also milk is not good as the high protein causes one to excrete calcium which is needed for growth (It is actually correlated with causing rather than preventing osteoporosis). This treatment works positively on calcium levels and how it is processed.

Even if it doesn't help, it has multiple health benefits, especially if taken with raw honey.

Yes, it is definitely possible for you to grow a few more inches. I didn't have my period until I was 15 either. Don't worry, it's not unnatural. Did you know that it's actually healthier to get your period later? Yep, well it is. Let me tell you...For almost my entire childhood I was ALWAYS the shortest one. People would always make fun of me because of it. I was 4'9 when I went into high school. Everyone thought I was the 10 year old who had skipped a few grades, while in reality I was 14. In between my frosh and soph year i grew almost 6 inches. I came back from summer break and I was almost 5'3. Then between my soph and senior year I grew another three inches. Right now I am about 5'6. Don't worry, there is a big possibility that you will grow taller! Just don't let it get to you!

Yes there are many years left for you to grow taller. I am somewhat short......okay I'm short :-) however; believe it or not, the last 1 and 1/2 that I grew into happened when I was in my late twenties.

In my case most kids grow taller then me and boy do they get excited as they get into their first pair of shoes that are bigger then mine. I am a size 5 in shoes and can fit into a 2 in chidren's. My height is 5 foot and 1/2.inch....proud of every inch :-)

Now think of this.........a short person can climb a chair to get to something a tall person has placed away from them; however, a tall person cannot fit into a small space. Who is lucky? I am! and so are you ;-)
