Wetness is a property of liquids. Since molten lave fits the definition of a liquid, it's wet.

The more water content in the melt, the more volatile the result. Molten Lava suggests a consistent 'flow' and not wet.

Excerpts from Wikipedia..
Wet could refer to:
The condition of being liquid or being covered in a liquid.
Lava, when first exuded from a volcanic vent, is a liquid at temperatures from 700 °C to 1,200 °C (1,300 °F to 2,200 °F).
So technically the answer to your question is yes, but not many people would describe something covered in lava as "wet".

Technically yes. Anything can be in three various stages; solid, liquid, vapor. Molten lava is the liquid form of those chemicals. ; )

Nothing is wet unless it contains water. Milk, wine, coffee, sweat, blood, and urine are wet because of their water content. Gasoline, pure alcohol, chloroform, motor oil, olive oil, molten plastic, molten rock and many other liquids are not wet because they have no water content.
