i heard that mscafee antivirus shows the Ip of the person you are chatting with . Well i never used it . IS it really does that?

No - to get the ip of who your chatting with you must be "directly connected".

ummm. Anything that makes a direct connection to another computer, including some chat clients, makes the IP information accessible to the other party. You dont need an Internet Security package to do that.

if you want to find someones ip address you can click start go to run type command and then in the ms-dos program type netstat anything that isnt local will be someone elses ip address :D

no it soes not .I have mcaffe and it does not do that
