When i scroll through web pages and other documents on my computer, it is like the screen has to catch up. i have already installed display drivers and updated windows and smooth scrolling is selected on my internet options. i just reformatted my computer so i don't know if i forgot to do something. i just hate how my computer screen has to "catch up"

If too many applications are opened, then you may be experiencing RAM problems. Either bad RAM or just not enough. Sometimes it could also be your internet connection or a faulty setting in your internet browser.

Right click IE, click properties, click advanced, scroll down untill you find smooth scrolling and check the box, click apply. I hope this helps. "PEACE"

probably need ram. how much u have now.
