Please only answer if you understand and are fimiliar with what I'm asking about...
When feeling my testacles, the bundle of spermatic ducts that lead from them back inside feel more loose than attached to my testacles, do they usually feel close against the actual testacle/attached to it, or more loose/just nearby? It is not painful or uncomfortable normally or when feeling for it. The question about my penis is best answered by a circumcised guy or a girl who is familiar with a circumcised penis. Around the circumcision ring scar, I have several areas that are like tiny tunnels (about <1-2 mm end-to-end, much narrower than that). Occasionally there is a buildup (a very small droplet) of whitish fluid which can come out of them if squeezed. I have no diseases, and it would not be noticable without very close inspection of it. No "Ew, go see a doctor" replies needed, I already intend to have all these things checked sometime in the near future. Thanks everyone helpful!

On the first question I would recommend that you look at a good diagram of male anatomy (in particular the vas deferens) and compare what is shown to what you feel in your scrotum. If you can’t quite understand how what you feel compares to the picture be sure to ask your doctor, he will gladly explain what you are feeling. It is important for a young man to know what is supposed to be in his scrotum and what indicates something wrong. While testicular cancer is not real common it is the most common cancer of young men and your best defense is knowing what you are supposed to feel like in there.

Now the last part of your question, the tunnels, these are what are called "skin bridges" they are a form of adhesion, where the scar tissue attaches to it's self during the healing process, This is fairly common and in a worst case the attachments form to the glans (head of the penis) and require an unpleasant procedure to release. This should not be quite that bad; however it probably will require medical treatment, the area would be numbed and then the "tunnels" (adhesions) slit open and then allowed to heal properly. The incisions should be coated with petroleum jelly and wrapped with gauze until healed (or other as directed by your doctor) BUT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. This may not have been done properly after your circumcision so the scar tissue stuck to itself. Parents that chose to have their sons circumcised must realize that great care must be taken to prevent complications from this as with any surgery! It is more work to care for a circumcised boy properly than an uncircumcised one.

Skin bridges are perhaps the least serious complication of circumcision. Complications occur at a rate of about one out of ten circumcisions, while most are said to be minor (minor by who’s standards? Not the victim I bet!), some result in serious disfigurement or loss of function or even the total loss of the penis or life of the child. (CAN YOU IMAGINE DEALING WITH ANY OF THESE RESULTS OF AN UNNECESSARY ELECTIVE SURGERY?) These things happen in even major hospitals in this country!

I had a small skin bridge as a result of my circumcision at the age of six. At age 19, I treated it myself after getting tired of it filling up and then having to express the buildup. After being circumcised there was no way I was letting any doctor near my willy so I did it myself. But this was just one small bridge it would have been just as much pain to get the numbing shot.

Mine always feel more loose/just nearby - as you put it. Not tight attachment at all.

I read often about that phenomenon of the tiny tunnels at the area of the circumcision scar but I cannot remember the medical name of it. they explained the cause to be the way the skin was cut & sutured. It's not a big deal & doesn't impair function. You should consult an expert in penile surgery who SPECIALIZES in circumcisions & penile surgery. they know all these details & can guide you further.

With every good wish.

Seriously, the whitish fluid from near the scar is something you should really ask your MD to examine and explain. Loose, but attached, is normal. I'll assume your self examinations are preventative for testicular cancer.
