It's hard when 2 people you care for argue.I've had that situation, I just tried to mediate. When they get tired of arguing then you can step in and tell them, if they cared about you they would just stop. I would keep them apart as much as possible and if they continue give them both some space.

If you've told them how this upsets you, and they keep on doing it, then the best thing I can suggest is to stay out of it. When people want to argue that bad, then let them. Try not to take sides, and let both of them know you care, but its their fight, and only they can decide to come to a peaceful resolution.

SET BOUNDARIES!!
If you are not o.k. with it then express how you feel, and let them know if they are going to argue you are not going to be a part of it.. then walk away.. they'll either respect you and find other ways to communicate... or you'll get a lot of walking time or time to yourself while all the drama goes on without you and you remain calm and happy!

nothing cause we can't change them. my parents are good examples, they are in their 70s and when i was born till now they are still in constant arguments even for the smallest issue. i' ve moved abroad couple of years back but it's still happening with all the arguments and although i'm so far away their arguments are still close to my ears! but all in all my thankful my parents are still together compared to lots that have broken marriages but it still hurts to see them waste their life like that. so i can only learn from their mistakes to make my life a better living.

if they both care about you equally.the way you care for them then..ask them to calm down.....tell them you love them both and it is hurting you.
if even one of them cares for you , he will stop it ...avoid it or atleast will not argue in front of you.
but if none of them cares..........you have a very easy solution............you don't care either.......let them argue .scream........curse.....and if they want to fight physically ,.hand them a shoe, a stick a vase and anything you see.
