All right, I've been trying to obstain from pornography for religious reasons. I've lasted 2 months and I've been doing all right, but there is this one things that happens. along with pornography, I've been obstaining from masturbation as well because they go hand in hand. Once every few weeks while I'm asleep my body seems to ejaculate on its own.

Is there a safe way that I can stop this so I can save it for after marriage and have children then? If there is, please tell me.

It's called a wet dream. It's completely normal. Don't fret about it. No, there's no way to stop them from happening. Just shower in the mornings when you wake up.

BTW its very admirable to abstain from masterbation and pornography!

Okay I know everyone is going to hate the fact this is coming from a girl but...
Wet dreams are not something that you have direct control over. They just happen. If they could be controled I guarantee you there would be a ton of guys who would love for it to stop. But it doesn't. Your asleep. If you roll of the bed at night and wake up on the floor...you didn't decide for that to happen and there was no way for you to prevent it from happening you were asleep. Same with wet dreams...no preventative measures...just part of life and being asleep.
Oh and I know how you feel about the marriage...I am saving myself as well for marriage. I am so sorry there is no advice I can give you other than that.

Oh and if someone who posts later wants to fight me on this; I am PSN and I know what I am talking about.

Good Luck and stay with it!

That is a tough thing to do especially in the world we live in where we are bombarded with sexual images all the time.

If there was a solution it would involve a mental diet of all those images. Not easy to do but not impossible.

Turn off TV, no FHM or SI swimsuit issues, and avoiding friends who would want you to watch those things with them.

Give your whole mind and body rest from that sort of stimulation and you will achieve your goal.

Good luck, I admire what you are trying to do.

It is ok if it is in your sleep. You can not control it, it is uncomfortable i am sure but if you are that against masturbation then thats your choice. also you wont run out by ejaculating in your sleep you guys have an unlimited supply. haha and you WILL have children if you want them then, (i dont think masturbation is wrong though...it doesnt hurt anything and it would save you from doing laundry everyday)

Hey... nocturnal ejaculation is a physiological event, maybe you have never experienced because of masturbation, that's perfectly normal and will happen every two or three weeks, don't worry about it.

Involuntary ejaculation at night (known as wet dreams) is common in young men who are going through puberty. It will eventually stop on its own as your body matures.

No way to stop it mate, its nature. Being religious about it wont change what your body needs to do. I know its messy but hey, what can you do? Nothing. This happens to most teenagers, so dont worry.

I don't think ejaculating during your sleep is either something you can control or any cause of future problems in marriage.

There are some things you just can't control, and aren't bad because of it.

There is nothing wrong with masturbation, but its your choice. Also i have seen related posts and none of them had a solution.
