There isn't much going on there that time of year. There are a few good night clubs, but I can't remember the names of them. One is in the downstairs of a hotel there right in the center of things. Bring warm clothes. I moved there in January of 2000. I was expecting it to be warm. It was unusual for it to get as cold as it did, but they had freeze warnings that year. The town was really dead until about May or June. Have fun. A pretty good place to eat is right on Atlantic Blvd. in Ormond Beach. Called Barnacles. I worked there.

I was down there in Jan. a few years ago. Went and took a tour of the speedway, and museum, great race games to play there. There is a really cool light house there as well. Its called ponce lighthouse, on ponce inlet. I think its haunted, just my opinion. There are some great shopping areas as well. Don't forget to enjoy some time on the beach as well!!! Have a great time, and remember, your only an hour from disney!!!
