how can i see abha map live

I don't think Google Earth has live maps, but a lot of developed areas have good aereal photograph coverage.
Google Maps uses the same image database. Based on a rough map I found elsewhere I think this may be the Abha area, or close to it: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=abha&ie=UTF8&z=12&ll=18.500447,42.523956&spn=0.157255,0.233459&t=h&om=1
You should be able to zoom in a good bit.
