need help with a problem downloading a game i purchased on line it will onle dowmload the trial version, what' the problem

I'm guessing you purchased a try-before-you-buy deal where you download the program, it installs the trial, buy the program, then they give you a license code in your email that when you follow thier instructions will allow you to enter the code into the trial version and turn it in to a full version.

Check your email for the confirmation, it should give you the directions you need to get the full version. It would of also of been helpful had given a program name and not just "a game" so I could look up the trial-system it's using.
