Ok. So, at 2am daylight savings ends. Do I set my clock back to 1 am or do I put it at 3 am? I have to be at work at 7am.... so would I really show up at 6 or 8 actual time. (before changing the clock) Sorry, it's confusing, but I don't know which way to change my clock. If it's 7.... Should I turn it to 6 or 8? Thanks

Best thing to remember is Spring Forward/Fall Back, and everything electronic automatic, you've already gotten answered here. But since we're talking about it, it's an irritant every time to me, regardless it's only twice a year. An out-of-date procedure where we all have to climb stools, gather clocks, pry some of them open, etc.

before you go to bed set your clock backwards one hour. If you are going to bed at 2 am set it for 1 am.

According to TV Guide the time goes back 1 hour from 3:00 AM to 2:00 AM. But you don't have to wait till then. You can do this before going to bed, or when you get up tomorrow.

Change it back before you go to bed. You will never miss the hour and you will get up on time if you set your alarm.
