Best thing to remember is Spring Forward/Fall Back, and everything electronic automatic, you've already gotten answered here. But since we're talking about it, it's an irritant every time to me, regardless it's only twice a year. An out-of-date procedure where we all have to climb stools, gather clocks, pry some of them open, etc.

before you go to bed set your clock backwards one hour. If you are going to bed at 2 am set it for 1 am.

According to TV Guide the time goes back 1 hour from 3:00 AM to 2:00 AM. But you don't have to wait till then. You can do this before going to bed, or when you get up tomorrow.

it's fall so fall back 1 hour!
set your clock back 1 hour, set your alarm for the time that you normally get up, get up and go to work just as you would otherwise.

The Last Sunday in October, set your clock BACKWARD by one hour. The first Sunday of April, set it AHEAD by one hour.
