if the author of a website isnot found, it is not required, just put all the other information, here ill give u a website wherre u put in the information and it puts it into proper form for u, its called a citation machine

http://citationmachine.net/index.php?new_style=1&reset=1#here

Author's name is usually at the bottom or top of the page, in the meta headers (View> View Source) or on the main or About pages.

The general rule is that if you cant find the author, find a better source, because you could be quoting crap that is not true, which happens quite often when you cite websites that dont end in .edu, .gov or .org. Otherwise, you just start citing from the name of the page, without the author name.
