Very few. Astarte (Greece) is a 100%-woman band, they made some music in the typical greek melodic style.

Aes Dana (France), a celtic black metal band, includes 3 women in the band (50%), and they have a key role in the songwriting. They were also in a band called Bran Barr, but I'm not sure there is still the same proportion.

Sarah Jezebel Deva participated in Cradle Of Filth, but she was by no way participating in the songwriting. Septic Flesh had Natalie Rassoulis, but it was more a gothic/death metal band, not a BM one.

Apart from that... You'll more likely to find women in gothic or atmo metal bands (I consider Nightwish as a heavy metal band personaly).
