Venison , Elk, Antelope, Bear,Turkey, Goose, Duck, Grouse, Rabbit, Buffalo, Beefalo, Havalina

I've had both venison and elk and I work with a lot of hunters so I've also had bear, caribou, havalina, squirrel and pheasant. Alligator is good too(taste like chicken).

I don't eat venison all the time, but I've had it. It's alright if it's made into jerky, or summer sausage, but I don't like it when it's ground into burger, or cut into steaks.

Yes we eat deer all the time. All the men in my family are big hunters. It's not bad but I still like beef better. My husband won't shoot a doe with a Bambi but anything else is free game.
