I think it was fake, I mean, if it was real, wouldn't something like that be in the news all over the place, Cena probably took time off to shoot the Marine and work on his album.

yeah i think i remember that. i believe it was prolly because he was shootin the marine. or it could be he just needed some time off. but i kinda doubt he realy got stabbed. most people are like chris. they r all mouth. it would take a real man to try to stab him.

I read an article and john cena was asked if that actually happened and he said it was just a storyline. So it never happened.
