I thought this was a tough one, so I went to catch it. It actually only creates a startup registry entry.

You can disable it by..
- go to Start->Run
- type "msconfig" and press OK
- click on the startup tab on the top right and uncheck all lines you don't know or you consider risky
- then go to the services tab, check the box at the bottom of the window to hide all Microsoft services and revise all entries, unchecking those you don't know
- press OK, and accept to reboot

Of course if you had a good antivirus installed it might already be clean!
