I dont recall Nikki Reed being a celebrity, but I guess I can help you.
First, I suggest you ask friends about her. Also tell then to tell her that someone likes her, but don't tell her directly he likes her. Then if she thinks it's real sweet, then set up a date for her and ask her out.

Ok first how old r u n which country .If u r 18 up u can ask her out n do things .But if u r younger den dat then i think u shouldnt cos it wont do n i think observing some 1 whos hot makes u feel da same way when u ask em out
