hey it is SPRING Forward and FALL back...so say it is 11:00 pm when you go to bed set your clock at 10:00 pm and in the morning u will fine and dandy....

tonite set you clock backs before you go to bed and you'll be fine.
but it is at 2 oclock
most radio stations will play that hour over again tonite so if your up check it out.. its funny
