Not too long ago i cheated on my girlfriend. we went through a lot. i caused her a lot of pain. recently she found out im stlill in contact with the individual i cheated with. I HAVE NOT done anything sexual with this individual. We have just had casual conversation. I know i messed up again. I love my girlfriend dearly. How can i make this right?

Why haven't you broke things off with your other squeeze? She's still around for a reason, right? You dog!!! Anyway your girl, if she forgives you, will always have trust issues with you. Are you prepared to live in the "dog house", kiss her butt, and have her and her friends checking up on you 24/7? If you have any balls left, just let it go! If she wants you back in her life then she will come around if and when she wants you back..... I say you have no balls and will crawl on your belly like a worm crying and begging her to take you back.....Come on..."MAN UP"!!!!

Well obviously you should not see or talk to the other girl again. If you can maybe send your girlfriend some flowers with a note saying you need to talk with her about it. Then just simply try to work something out. It's between you and her, not you and yahoo ask. Good luck.

yea,, it seems that you really mess up but you could trying buying flowers and a box of chocolate and telling her that you really love her that she is the only women in your life. Also, trying not to keep contact with the other person. It make women trust less in their boyfriend if they had any type of contact with the "other" person.

Sorry, once you cheat, there is no such thing as casual conversation. You messed up. You should have no further contact with that person at all.

well in any case if you really do love her then you'd have to earn her trust once again. I don't think any form of contact with the girl you cheated on her with would do any good.

Now that she has found out you still have contact with her' its like a stab in the heart all over again; theirs nothing worse than to really love some one and they do something like this' your going to have to work really hard to reasure her you love her' and please if you really want this relationship to work loose all contact with the other woman for good!!! and good luck.

that sound very familiar to me, (the same thing did my boyfriend) he gave me the same lame excuse: "I was just talking to her, we didn't have sex, bla bla bla bla" ... You really messed up, you have no idea what that makes to a self esteem of a woman. Now what can you do to make it right??....well : YOU CAN STOP TALKING TO THIS WOMAN, even though you say there is "nothing" there , you have to make your girlfriend to trust you again, and if you keep talking to this woman there is no way in hell she will trust you.
