nano belt clip or arm band?

anyone have a nano arm band or belt clip?
do you like it?
what brand and model?

Go with the armband. It's more efficient and you're less likely to lose it not to mention it does make changing songs easier. Go to a Best Buy, Circuit City or Radio Shack for the best selection.

Arm band definitely- the clip you are always gonna be taking it off to find a song- but the arm band, you just lift up your arm and change it that way.
