Any Part of the Frame would be Considered a constant ground
As for the red wire should have an in line fuse and I would attach it to an constant power supply in the fuse box. This will help keep the wires hidden, and providing you with better security. Good Luck

A constant ground would be anywhere on the frame. As to the red wire, read the book because I can't see the red wire from here.

i own a repair shop and any part of the body or the engine is considered a constant ground on any car,and on some alarms they recommend that you do hook it strait to the battery, but make sure the alarm has an in line fuse on it to protect it from over load or it may damage the alarm system,,you should have the directions there with it,and you just need to follow them real good and do as they tell you to ,and the alarm system should work fine on it,good luck ,i hope this help,s.

constant ground would be any part of the car that is grounded. The best place is the frame.
The red wire could go directly to the battery.
The ground wire could also go directly to the battery.

Make sure the wire has a fuse in the line before you attach it, the frame is always good for a ground.

Constant ground = chasis ground = the frame. Not to be confused with earth ground. (Which can vary due to earth's magnetic property).
