I would check out Tom's Hardware Guide.
It really depends on what benchmark you use. Some are better for video and some are better for games.
If you system power supply & if you have the right expansion slot.
You will ALWAYS pay for this years hottest card.

Which X1900 are you talking about, these are all very close to one another so it does make a difference. If it is the X1900 GT, then the other two are both better. If it is the X1900XT, then it is the best of the three. Besides that, the 7950GT is better than the 7900GT.
