Probably what the country represents in terms of what it is primarily known for. Take France, for example. It's known as a popular place for tourists; the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Paris, and its cuisine, so its five themes would be tourism, architectural monument, famous art gallery, fashion industry and food. Think of other countries and what they have to offer in the way of cultural things, resorts, popular activities, natural wonders, famous people, etc. Good luck!
