Assuming my family got out (that would be my first concern): My scrapbooks and pictures. I don't know if that takes all three of my options, hehe. But you can't replace those. Maybe a change of clothes too? And if I really had time, I'd grab my cell phone and laptop if I could, but I'd be ok if I couldn't get to those...
