i felt my boyfriends last week for the first time and it was like really dry. i thought it would have been alittle moist but it was like dry. is that how they usually are? (it was the first penis i touched)

Well, I can't tell you because I am straight and don't touch other guys' penises, but I think it should be kinda moist for normal perspiration.
Maybe he uses talc.
As long as it didn't have warts or spots or nudges or blisters, I think its OK.

Normal penis is dry. No sweat glands. Most get wet when pre-ejaculate is moved onto it. That's why guys can "rub themselves raw" if they do not use lotion or creams.

Mine is usually dry unless I get it wet. Feel a few more, and see if it is common to all. Most men will let you feel them if you just ask.

Yes they are... If you use saliva or lubricant on them, they get wetter, but usually they are as dry as on'e hands for example!

It's o.k. and it's get moist through sliva, jelly - when you have sex. If no sex, then stay away from it and mind you own beeswax! And no sex unless you marry him. Otherwise there's a lot of heartache and problems ahead! - - - FOR SURE!
