DO NOT USE AV GAS. Your car is designed to run on unleaded gasoline. AVGAS has lead in it. If you use it, it will poison your oxygen sensors and catalytic converter. Basically these will be ruined and your car will not be able to read how much gas it needs to burn. Your gas mileage will suffer. This will not be all but you can see it is not a good idea. Avoid it.

I don't think BMW would like that, especially on such an old car. Stick to regular gas if you want to keep that classic running much longer.

Yes, yes, and yes.
You can also put in diesel, or kerosene, or cooking oil. You can put whatever you like into the tank. It would screw up your engine as much as av-gas would.

You need to check your owners manual to see what the car requres. Av gas has higher octane but do you need it. . It may not do any good. It can burn the valves .

It will blow up, or ruin the motor. That type of gas is made to explode much faster than normal gas. This will make your pistons go out or blow up.

you can run it ,we use to mix it with regular gas to bring octane down.ran it in a 73 vette.I would cut it down with regular gas so as to protect your vales etc.Thye are not designed with such a high octane in mind. You will see a difference in performance
