most keys on your laptop are structurally identical. You can pop up one that you hardly use and place it on the blank ?/ key.
your laptop manual/ manufacturers online manual has the part number for the keyboard. You can order this online from a lot of sources like ebay or some laptop parts store.
Or you can scout around and see who has your same laptop and pop his keys out when they're not looking. I must warn you tho that this method is illegal in most countries ;)

I say a used computer parts store or Ebay.
Depending on your laptop, keyboards can be difficult to replace.
Some keys pop off while some are really difficult to replace. If all your letters are not visable anyways and your keyboard isn't working well, you should consider replacing it.

More specifics would make this answer less generic... However an easy and generally inexpensive way to get new keys is to look up your laptop on ebay like dell inspiron 3200 (random name) keyboard and see what they have... Shouldnt be much for a parts keyboard and then you will have every key for a backup.

Damage by dogs (or people) is not covered by warranty, only if you had bought an optional full damage protection plan. Warranties only cover defects or premature failure that is the fault of the manufacturer.
