The winds blew very swiftly last night, the birds were chirping at half moon,?

The skies were moving so fast, I thought I may have been dreaming, untill I ran after a lid flying away from its can, I knew I was awake. I realized then, time is on its way as we are with it.
Have you ever felt the actual movement of time, only to realize all the useless endeavors you have taken part in???
