I usually put my television on the History Channel when they are more likely to show the more boring shows and it does help me to fall asleep. That and the fact that I like to have some sort of white noise in the background like the sound of an air purifier. Sweet dreams and no caffeine before bed! LOL

Sometimes, I find it hard to sleep, when I have a lot on my mind or I am stressed and nothing works! I would suggest reading or listening to some music. I have heard that warm milk has trytophan in it (like turkey) and helps to bring on sleep. Sounds gross, but, it works!

Drink something warm 2 sooth you like decaffeinated tea actually even decaf coffee(which is what I take) the warmth will tired your body and relax you.
