Spring forward

Every spring and every fall, the clocks across most of the U.S. change from standard time to daylight saving time and vice versa. This year, the clocks fall back an hour on October 29.

What you may not be aware of, however, is how daylight saving originated and the connection it has to weather.

The main idea behind Daylight Saving Time (DST) is to allow people and businesses to utilize daylight more effectively. More specifically, turning the clocks back in the fall and ahead in the spring helps to conserve energy

I would suggest getting an "Atomic" Clock, it syncs up with a radio signal, depending where you are and sets itself, even for daylight savings time. That way you don't even have to worry about "Fall Back, Spring Forward".

It is "spring forward," just as a spring would do, as in a river stream and "fall back"..... hopefully one would not fall back and hurt oneself in doing so. That is the way it is in Saskatchewan.
