Spent $5.00 in a restaurant and $20.00 on jeans at Nordstrom? Are you sure that you weren't having a dream and never really had any money at all? I don't think I've ever spent less than $150.00 on jeans at Nordstrom and most certainly atleast $35.00 when dining alone, Minus the cost of alcohol and dessert.

Oh, even when dreaming you should never carry cash, atleast get a debit card! You'll never misplace money that way.

Funny thing happened yesterday while I was having lunch, I found $120 nicely folded laying on the floor with an Express receipt for a pair of jeans. My lucky day!

It's a lousy hundred bucks and you're shopping at Nordstroms, C'mon. Next time, give the bum on the corner a fiver. He will feel better and the good will will do you some good too!

Next time be more careful and follow your instinct. It is dangerous to carry so much cash that can easily be misplaced. It is better to get a bank account and then use your debit card, that way if you lose the card, you don't lose the money. Sorry!

Maybe it fell out of the bag when you're walking. Another possiblity is that you spent it at the restaurant and didn't notice it.

finders keepers-losers weepers. why do you put money in a bag, just so you can leave somewhere. I know of some who put there change in there food bag when going through a drive-thru & then throw it away & forget about the money DUMB !!!

Your loss was probably a help to someone else. Destiny.

Though it is hard to not feel sad when you needed that money, just believe that a high force was working to help someone else.

I wish you misplaced it in my purse ^_^

You most probably lost it in the mall, when you picked out smaller bill from your wallet it might have slipped out without you noticing it.
