I would imagine it has the same uses as in any other country in the world...we don't use things differently to anyone else just coz we're in the UK!

its good for ur hair and skin...fresh coconut oil smells aromatic while old oil may smell gross. its good for sun burn, if u use it during summer. u can also use it for cracks in ur skin...
