If the person or persons who delivered Dragon's paper could figure out how to get it next to her front door, perhaps Dragon would give them a monetary tip. But for now, her only tip is this:

i only tip at christmas. i give him $20. as long as he is reliable and on time(and even if he weren't i would anyway). it depends on what you can afford. my neighbor is a carrier and he is appreciative of anything.`
