Of course, why would you even think about trying to date your baby father brother. This is a bad idea and would suggest to you not to go forward and try to date his brother. It will only cause drama and will be a bad reputation on your behalf meaning people will consider you as a "hoe or slut". Just because you and your baby father isn't together or whatever the issue is with you and him shouldn't make you want to go out an date his brother and I am hoping this aint for revenge and if his brother was up to being a good man he wouldn't even try to date you knowing that you have been with his brother, has a child with him and have had sexual relations with him. This choice aint worth thinking of , so sweetie find you someone else because this is a route u sure as h@&& don't need to take. There are plenty of other mens around for you than someone very close to your ex. "Don't do it" This is drama waiting to happen and rumors for your ears.

if your not married to the father and its over between you two, and you and the brother are serious about each other, i say why not? Your not kin to him are you? Only your sons uncle, right. People have done this and some sisters marry bothers !! Then it confusing to me about how there kids are related and all !! If you have a kid with your sons uncle then your son would have a brother and a cousin all in one, right !! So it depends on how you feel about and how he feels about it. Does he know for sure that he wouldn't hurt his brother also?? Maybe he should tell his brother first, so no hard feelings. It all depends on both of you and no one else!! I knew a neighbor once that was married to a man that had a son and she had a daughter, and the kids liked each other as boyfriend girlfriend!! It was we-rid, they lived in the same home with the parents that was married! and was allowed to date each other! So they were not blood Kin!! good luck !

This is a good way to stir up a lot of trouble. Unless your son's father is deceased it would be very confusing for him. And everyone else could end feeling betrayed.
