If you got written up because you made an error, don't worry because we all make mistakes. Just learn from this experience and reassure your manager that you'll try harder from now on.
Also, you are still young so I think your manager probably understands that you don't have a lot of work experience yet, so just try to move forward from here and don't let it get you down.

If I understand your question correctly, you were written up due to an error outside of your control. This is NOT okay to have something on record that speaks poorly of your work performance, particularly if it was out of your control or someone else's fault. Speak frankly to your supervisor that it concerns you that this incident is permantly on your record. Explain the circumstances around it, and ask them to request a correction in the HR records. You never know who will be around when it comes time to complete your yearly reviews and be considered for a raise. Those written documents may be all that someone has to go by, so be sure they truly reflect what you're about. You can also file a "grievance" if you feel the report was incorrectly filed. For political reasons, I suggest you approach your boss first. Good luck!

I doubt it will follow you unless it was a pretty heinous deed. Most companies take into account current performance reviews. So, if you don't get written up again you'll most likely be considered for advancement & raises. Everybody makes a mistake here & there.

a history of being "written up" might affect your current job, but being written up once or twice and being able to justify and/or learn from your actions is no big deal.
most times these items aren't shared with prospective employers and actually will tell them more about your former employer than about you.
take a deep breath and forget about it. sometimes bosses just need something to do to make themselves feel superior.
