Yes, I do.
Some can't stop being good/nice no matter how hard people want them to.
There are a few that have such a little "good" in them only their shadows know.
There is no telling about humanity is there. It's related to their free will, being good and/or bad. It's a choice people make for each situation they are in.

Of course everyone has a good side or at least good points. Unfortunately sometimes it is only one and it's on the top of their head.

Yes, I certainly think so. People only harden and act negatively when insecure. When one comes into balance, one's good side will surely shine through. Actually, then there won't be a "bad" side, so to speak.

No. I think some people are just bad.
Case in point: Hitler
You could have fed him sugar cubes and he's have peed sulfuric acid.
For whatever reason, some people are just wired differently.
