possibly. a better analogy for young is possibly Michael Vick. He's a really good mobile quarterback who's been in the league for quite a while now. he's frustrated now because atlanta doesn't allow him to throw as much, so if VY can improve the passing, then theres no limit to his greatness.
ps. he also has to realize NFL defences aren't NCAA defences. they are a LOT faster, so he has to be smart and know when to tuck and run.

Vince Young has really good speed can run the ball good almost can be a Michael Vick later in his Career, put he doesn't make good reads and forces a lot of passes, hopefully that will get better with experience, Matt Leinart calm poise, threw for over 220 yds and 2 TDs against the # 1 rated bears defense, looks comfortable under pressure, even when he played good against the bears he still got a fumble and near interception he should be more careful with the football, but I'd pick Matt Leinart

Vince Young by far. Although his throwing motion is suspect and he is less intelligent than Leinart, he has many things that Leinart will never have. Young can throw the ball and he is a threat on the run. When Leinart runs he needs Reggie Bush to push him into the endzone. I agree with your statement about Leinart in AZ. Nothing seems to be working there. The brought in the Edge and he hasn't been putting up numbers. Neither will Leinart.
Even though Young will have a better career, Leinart currently has a better team (Boldin, Fitzgerald), the two wideouts will leave once their contracts expire.

I think Matt Leinart will have the better career because he has something to build around in Arizona. This year might not have been a sucess but their are two great receivers in Fitzy and Boldin and Edge to run. In 2 years look for Arizona to have a breakout year.

Gradkowski. So far better passer rating, most TD's (tie actually), Least INT, and better record out of the three, not to mention his ncaa accuracy record, but to answer the actuall question i would say Young. His athletism makes up for his poor technique at this point, and technique can be learned, but athletism can't. All three qb's are looking to bne their teams answer right now, but the last time three rookie qb's all started in the same week at least once was in 1998 when Manning, Ryan Leaf, And Charlie batch all sarted the same week... Will these three become like those three? One an MVP, on a Dud, and one in for the long haul? But best of luck to them all.

I hope and think that they will both have great careers. I think Leinart is going to be just fine.
