you can't transfer music to ur iPod FROM limewire but you can import music from your limewire folder into iTunes and then onto your iPod
To do this:
from iTunes go to: file, import and browse for where limewire stores your songs and click open

or:

When you connect your iPod to iTunes for the first time it will ask you if you want to import all songs form your computer to your iTunes if you click yes then you can get the songs onto iTunes and then synch the songs form iTunes onto your iPod

yes, when you download limewire there is automatically a playlist on your itunes that is a limewire playlist. so you would just download songs like you normally would with itunes.
but i really wouldnt use limewire considering that you would be stealing copyrighted material.
