You can maybe try his offical site and try to leave a message, write to his fan club, or go to a fansite for him and they probably have a place you can leave messages for him like to tell him to get better and stuff.
I don't think you're gonna be able to find the address to where he's in rehab though. They probably wanna keep that low key.

I suggestion it has alway been Urban. I have 4 of his cd's and they're all Urban. Before he was once a nation artist, even though, he was once in a rock band in Austrailia, so perhaps he spelled it the opposite direction.
