I have been given a letter of instruction from a building society client. I have to agree the terms of engagement in my repling letter. I am unsure what to do? Can anyone help. I am in my first year of a business and property management course.

Yes.. I dont know what the letter states.. However. You want to highlight what you are agreeing to or Say something along the lines of..

With reference to your letter dated.. blah blah I agree with the following.. However....and if you have any disagreements :)
