For me it would be no one should be hungry or homeless ever.
I mean people should have real food....not water and grains in a bowl.
They should have whatever is native to their country and a roof to protect them from the elements.

Either make all the adulterers in the world die as soon as they commit their crime (that would be a deterrent!) or else possibly get rid of minimalist art and music (That stuff is stupid and is ruining the world, I tell you.)
