im really looking for this toshiba laptop with a touchscreen. maybe u seen it in the movie "high school musical".

new laptops range from 300 to thousands. The best bet is for the thanksgiviing or christmas sell.
I recommend new laptop because of warranty.
You can also go to the site www.pricewatch.com to check. May sure you check rating of the merchant also.
Don't risk buying used.

Overstock.com you can also choose the pay later option and get you laptop in about two weeks. There is alot to select from the cheapest I saw was $399.
