No sites can magically speed up your computer ( maybe only install
mallware ).
My advice is to find good antispyware and antiadware software.

1.try PC Pitstop Optimize 1.5 from
www.pcpitstop.com.
2. give more details OS/ dialup or DSl etc.
TRy tweakdun 2.2 free version, if you can
set ttl etc. or go for automatic settings.
