Most likely Chavo would pick up the belt. If that happened hopefully they would push Benoit and give him a world title run. Hopefully they would not do this to Benoit, he is too good a wrestler to be put in a worthless feud.

Wat has Benoit done to deserve this????? he should be consolidating his reputation as one of the best US title champ rather than wasting his time with a cruiserweight like Chavo... Benoit deserves a title shot rather than a worthless feud... i hope Chavo will go back and challenge for the cruiserweight title...

Nothing. Vince agreed to pay Vicki Eddie's salary for the remainder of his contract if she would make appearances. Rey's out for real-life surgery. She's got to stay in the storyline somehow.
