Well, I had my period 2 days ago, and i'm on the pill. But latley this week, i have been feeling sick, cramps, and tender boobs.. All signs of being pregant.. My question is when i take the test, if it shows 2 lines, but one is very light really light, does that still mean it's postive???? Also, any other helpful tips would help.. Before i take it!!

I'm kinda confused as to whether you have or haven't taken the test. I know they say if you have your period you're not pregnant, but depending on the length and amount you still can be. I would wait to take the test until first thing in the morning to get the best result. To answer your other question yes as long as there is 2 lines no matter how light you are pregnant. Good Luck!

First of all, the signs that u r having aren't just signs of pregnancy...they're also symptoms u have while you're on ur period.
Secondly, it's not wise to take a pregnancy test during your period because during this time, ur estrogen level is higher, and that is the hormone that pregnancy tests look for in order to decide whether a female is pregnant or not.
I suggest that u wait for a couple of weeks after ur period is over. If you're still feeling the same way, go to a Parent Parenthood or another "free" clinic and get a pregnancy test to help ease your mind.

I don't understand why you're taking a test- "feeling sick, cramps, and tender boobs" are also a sign of having your period, which you said you have. But to answer your question, a "light positive" is still a positive. EPTs detect a hormone that is released when you become pregnant. So if the test detects ANY of the hormone, then you are pregnant.

If there are 2 lines, even faint lines, it's still positive. A lot of women try to fool themselves to believe that if one line is faint that it must be a negative. WRONG!
How heavy was your period? How long did it last?
I would go ahead and make plans to see the OB/GYN. Congrats!

two lines don't necessarily mean anything I had two lines once actually 3 times they are called evaporation lines. And the pill can cause all of those symptoms been there done that! They cause your hormones to go wild

even a faint second line is a pos result and what you had wasnt a period its whats called early pregnancy bleeding. you dont have a period while preggo. u need to get to a dr to get that bleeding checked out asap

Sounds like you may be... pill isnt for sure. Have your husband take you to the doctor.
