Hello !

I am sorry ,but I have more questions.
it is about a/c systems in the same buick 1997 regal.
Q.: what could be the reason for the kompressor to click
on and off in two-three second interval.new kompressor,new
high pressure switch,new dryer,new orifice tube.is it possible
that the ambient temperature sensor bad?

if its cycling on and off its usually a low state of charge. what are the pressures? you have a gauge set?

You have low freon. An im bettin that its about 10lbs.low. Before you add any to the system make sure there are no leaks and a vacume is pulled on it.It is best to have a mechanic to do this.

How about "low" pressure switch, or too low on refrigerant? Is the pressure on the low side up to normal when it is running.??

You need more freon. If it clicks on the off it need a charge. Not a lot but some.
