Calculus 1 or Math Modeling...I hate math and I have to take one of these classes as a requirement. Which would you pick and why?

Maths Modelling is easier but you should take Calculus because it's interesting and actually useful.

If I were to choose myself, I'd pick Calculus 1 because it has a more defined content and you're more likely to be able to find people to help you with it. However, I'd suggest you find other non-math majors at the college you're going to and ask them for advice. Every college is different in how it handles different classes.

I recommend you to take Calculus I. It is very fun. I never know what is math modeling is??

Calculas 1 and fun too, if you like algebra if that is your difficulty and you like images graphs and picture(which I hate) then math modelling should be for you

definately take calculus, ppl i've know who decided to take math modeling or analysis regretted it.

if you have Patience calculus is good
