Here's a topic...Is your marriage "grandfathered in" if you get married as one sex, have a sex change, and remain married to the partner you were married to as your original gender? Isn't that a legal same sex marriage...No questions about it?

Pick up Andrew Sullivan's book on same-sex marriage...all sorts of articles from all sorts of perspectives. Most decent bookstores will have it.
