I love Ebay, tons of great deals, I have probably saved thousands of dollars buying stuff off ebay.
I only ran into 1 problem where the guy didn't send me what I had bid on, he sent me some other guy's auction and another guy got mine, In the end it all worked out though.
I have no complaints, just always check shipping costs and read the description of the items very carefully especially if there is no pictures to accompany the auction. I suggest paying with PayPal.
Always check the sellers feedback before you bid! If he has bad feedback, just don't buy from him.

both buy and sell on eBay all the time. So long as both people involved in the transaction follow all the eBay rules and the buyer also complies with all the text in the listing, it's usually a pretty good experince. Check their feedback score. Send an email question and see if they respond.

I just bought a $300 iPod on E-Bay and it's wonderful! Came loaded with 12,000 songs. I buy clothes on E-Bay all the time as well. My son bought a camcorder. If you pay through PayPal they also guarantee that you won't get ripped off. Look at the person's Feeback score and if it's anywhere below 97%, don't buy from them. If it's above that, look at how many transactions they have made, but it's a pretty safe bet you'll be OK. Buying on E-Bay is fun.

Hello:
I've had 99.9% good luck with ebay. I always check out the feedback provided by others who have purchased from the person I'm purchasing from.
I have purchased over 100 items and have been pleased with 99 of them.
Good luck. Just remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Yes, my husband and I have both bought things. Both of us have had good and bad results.
You need to check the sellers history of sales and read what people say in the feedback area.
As a general rule, if they do not have feedback or are new to ebay, I avoid them because they do not have a proven track record.

I got puzzles from eBay. They were unopened so it was pretty good. Not like the stories I've heard on how everything is damaged if you get it from eBay.
