I am going to change my answer because Sith is reading YA.
The time changes twice a year and has since before most people were born - why is this so hard for people to figure out? Either you are 5 years old or you just aren't paying attention to anything other than your ipod and Mcdonalds. Do us all a favor - don't drive and don't vote because in your case, both will be dangerous.

Fall Back; Spring Forward. Daylight savings time changes tonight at 02:00. Best if you set your clock back before you go to bed tonight

Yes. The time "changes" tonight. Before you go to bed tonight (Oct. 28th), move your clocks BACK one hour. Daylight Saving Time ends and Eastern Standard Time (or whatever time zone you are in) begins.
Also, use this as a good time to change the batteries in your smoke detectors, too.
